Godiva Chocolate Iced Coffee

A favorite from the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. The possibilities are endless, the taste is divine.

  • 4 ounces Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 ounces half and half cream (or 2 ounces heavy cream, 2 ounces milk)
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (see below)
  • 8 ounces warm, fresh coffee
  • Whipping cream
Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
Simple Syrup
  1. Add sugar and water to a smal pan and cook over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove and cool completely.
  1. Combine liqueur, half and half, simple syrup, coffee and ice into a large shaker. Mix until combined.
  2. Pour into two, eight ounce glasses, garnish with whipped cream. Serve.
