Quick and simple breakfast or even as a snack, this is something even the kiddos will love.

  • 2 medium bananas, split lengthwise
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup rolled oats, granola cereal or other cereal of choice
  • ½ cupe strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  1. In a flat bottomed pan, coat bananas completely with yogurt.
  2. Roll or cover in oats/cereal.
  3. sprinkle with chocolate chips and strawberries.
  4. Top with a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream.
