Roast Beef Rollups

  • ¾ pound Deli sliced roast beef
  • 10 Burrito size tortillas
  • 6 ounces Cream cheese
  • ⅛ cup Sour cream
  • ⅛ cup Prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 Small onion, thinly sliced
  1. Combine cheese, sour cream, rosemary, horseradish, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture onto a tortilla taking it all the way to the edges (will help seal the rollup).
  3. Place a single layer each of veggies.
  4. Add two slices of roast beef & roll.
  5. Cut into three sections.
  6. Server
